This is a beautiful 4 bedroom modern home in a lovely neighborhood easily accessible to all of San Miguel de Allende by foot, car, Uber, taxi or bus. It's about a 20 or so minute walk to the Jardin.

The very large ground floor has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower as well as a powder room with toilet and sink.

Upstairs is another master bedroom with en suite bath with shower as well as two other large bedrooms with shared bath in the hallway. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a private terrace. All bedrooms have king sized beds, each of which can be made up as two singles upon request, for maximum bedding flexibility.

There is a beautiful open plan living/dining area with a huge custom square "reclaimed wood" dining table for up to 10 people. The well equipped kitchen is adjunct to that area.

There is a rooftop terrace with lovely views as well as a ground floor patio with fountain, table and chairs and two comfortable "avocado" chairs. The patio is accessible from the main living space, the stairwell and the downstairs master bedroom.

There is excellent, reliable WiFi in the house on the fastest available cable network.
